Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara in Delhi, India. This position supports daily food and beverage operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up and clearing service areas, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across restaurants, banqueting spaces, and bars. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks,



and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and efficient dining experience.

The Food and Beverage Assistant coordinates with kitchen and service teams to manage table settings, replenishments, and special requests, while following hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Food & Beverage handling, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
- Food Service experience, including table setup, order taking, and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously with guests and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering services is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing processes is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certification is beneficial.
