Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Florist role based in New Delhi. The Florist will design and prepare flower arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions, ensuring that all products meet quality and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities include consulting with customers, understanding their preferences and budgets, and recommending suitable floral designs and decorative concepts. The role involves maintaining inventory, caring for flowers and plants, preparing event decorations, and coordinating with the team to fulfill orders on schedule.



The Florist will also support shop presentation, handle basic order processing, and contribute creative ideas for seasonal displays and promotions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Flower Arrangements and Floral Design skills.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills and an eye for color, style, and visual balance.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Candidates should possess skills in event Decoration, especially for weddings, dinners, and special occasions.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.
- Basic knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage to ensure freshness and longevity.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple orders and event timelines.
- Previous experience as a florist or in a related role is preferred; formal training in floral design is an advantage.
