About the Role

One Life – The Lifestyle Store is a multi-category retail store in Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, offering a wide range of products including toys, bags, stationery, crockery, footwear, gifts, and other lifestyle products.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day floor operations, guide the sales staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support the store in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of sales staff
- Ensure the sales floor is properly organized, clean, and well-maintained
- Guide sales staff in customer handling and product recommendations
- Monitor daily sales and help the team achieve sales targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished
- Monitor stock availability on the sales floor and coordinate with the team for replenishment
- Assist with stock checking, inventory management, and receiving merchandise
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
- Allocate responsibilities and work areas among sales staff




- Support billing and other store operations when required
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinate with the store management regarding daily operations, sales, stock, and staff requirements
- Train and support new sales staff when required

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales or showroom supervision preferred
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader, or similar role is an advantage
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Good leadership and team-management abilities
- Ability to motivate and guide sales staff
- Good understanding of retail sales and store operations
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues calmly
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management is preferred
- Should be responsible, punctual, and organized
- Willingness to work 10 hour shifts and one weekly day off
