- Manage daily operations of the Gents Ready-Made section and ensure smooth floor functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable shirts, trousers, jeans, T-shirts, formal wear, casual wear, and other men's apparel.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, conversion, average bill value, and other retail performance indicators.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
