Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Manager role based in Raigarh.

The Fleet

Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles, monitoring route efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities include tracking vehicle performance, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing fuel usage, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role involves enforcing safety standards, ensuring compliance with applicable transport regulations, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to optimize costs and service levels.

The Fleet

Manager will also supervise drivers and support staff, address operational issues,



and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fleet Management and Fleet Operations skills, with experience managing commercial vehicles in an industrial or logistics environment.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, including route planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations or equivalent transport and safety regulations, and be able to apply them consistently.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret fleet data, monitor performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, mechanical, or business management are beneficial.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with experience supervising drivers or operational teams.
- Proficiency in fleet management software, Excel, and basic reporting tools; familiarity with GPS tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raigarh, handle operational demands, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
