Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily floor operations.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure proper customer service and smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and staff grooming.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve floor-level issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the floor.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operation - Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with pharmacy/retail experience will be preferred.
