About the Role:
As a Founder Office Associate to the CEO & Founder at Dhanvesttor, you will work closely with the CEO to structure, streamline and optimise her work, time and priorities. This is not a purely administrative or routine support role. The position requires someone who is highly organised, responsible, and proactive, and who understands the context of tasks, thinks independently, and contributes meaningfully to the CEO’s effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will be able to understand the CEO’s priorities, anticipate requirements, bring structure to competing demands, contribute to discussions and decision-making, and independently drive tasks and follow-ups to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s personal calendar and schedule.
- Schedule, reschedule and coordinate personal appointments and commitments.
- Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts and that adequate time is allocated between commitments.
- Maintain a clear and updated daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
- Send timely reminders and follow-ups for upcoming appointments and commitments.
- Coordinate changes in the schedule based on the CEO’s requirements.
- Keep track of important personal dates, appointments and commitments.
- Personal Coordination
- Coordinate the CEO’s personal requirements and day-to-day personal activities as assigned.
- Coordinate with relevant vendors, service providers, assistants, establishments or individuals for personal requirements.
- Make necessary arrangements for appointments, bookings, deliveries, purchases and other personal requirements.
- Follow up with external parties to ensure that personal tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain a tracker/checklist of pending and completed personal requirements wherever required.
- Personal Appointments & Commitments
- Coordinate personal appointments, wellness appointments, consultations and other personal engagements.
- Manage confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling of personal appointments.
- Ensure that the CEO has all relevant information before any appointment or commitment.
- Personal Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Assist with the coordination of personal travel plans, bookings and related arrangements whenever required.
- Coordinate transportation, hotel/reservation requirements and other personal travel logistics as instructed.
- Maintain the CEO’s personal travel schedule and ensure timely reminders for travel-related commitments.
- Personal Purchases & Deliveries
- Coordinate personal purchases, deliveries, returns, exchanges and other personal errands as required.
- Follow up with vendors/service providers regarding delivery timelines and pending requirements.
- Maintain records or details of personal orders and requirements wherever necessary.
- Follow-ups & Reminders
- Ensure that all assigned personal tasks are followed up on and closed within the required timeline.
- Proactively remind the CEO about upcoming personal commitments, appointments, key dates and pending matters.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, delays or issues in advance and communicate them promptly.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s personal information, schedule, commitments and activities.
- Handle sensitive personal information with complete discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure that personal information is not disclosed to unauthorised individuals.
- Exercise sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive personal matters.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of prior experience as a Founder Office Associate, Executive Assistant, Secretary or in a similar personal coordination role*, preferably supporting a Founder, CEO or senior professional.
- Prior experience in personal calendar management and personal coordination will be preferred.
