Job Title: Financial Spreading (CRE/ CI) - Associate, Pune

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Work hours: 11am to 8pm IST

Department: Lending Services (Banking)

Experience Level : 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Analyzingand spreading the financial statements on various financial platforms

- Analysisof financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash FlowStatement of public and private companies for the credit appraisal process

- Knowledgeof Property Operating Statements, Budget / Proforma statements, Tax Returns,Audited Annual statements

- Goingthrough the supplementary schedules of Annual report, notes, Budget, QSRreports, and MDA for the detailed breakups and adjustments

- Normalizingthe financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items to arrive atthe true profitability figures

- Knowledgeof U.S.

Commercial Real

Estate (CRE) industry across property types -Multifamily, Affordable Housing, Office, Retail, Industrial, etc.

- Calculatingthe Adjusted Net Worth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, ContingentLiabilities, custom ratios and other financial metrics

- MonitorCovenant compliance and reporting

- Supportwith project scoping,



end-to-end workflow management, MIS reporting, etc.Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policies

- Identifyways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement

- Regularcommunication with the client to ensure the expectations are met

Key Competencies

- MBA(Finance) / MCom / CA (CPA equivalent) / CFA

- Experienceof 2-5 years in spreading and covenant monitoring

- Strongunderstanding of credit principles, policies, and regulations

- Proficientin MS Excel

- Goodcommunication skills both written and verbal to take client calls on regularbasis

- Exceptionalorganizational skills, including multi-task capability, priority setting andmeeting deadlines

- Abilityto build team-oriented relationships and effectively leverage networks tomobilize resources

- Experience of working for a US basedbank will be an added advantage
