- Global Accounting, Compliance & Controls

- Oversee all U.S. financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and monthly/annual closes.
- Strengthen billing and accounts receivable processes, including improving invoicing discipline, monitoring aging, and driving structured collection efforts to improve cash flows and reduce DSO.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. IRS regulations, federal and state tax requirements, and overall GAAP compliance.
- Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance for India and Philippines entities, including statutory audits, ROC filings, tax filings, and local regulatory submissions.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and SOPs across all three geographies.
- Coordinate and manage annual audits with internal and external auditors.

2. Cash Flow, Cost Management & Profitability

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, reserves, and liquidity to support aggressive growth plans.
- Scrutinize cost structures across departments and recommend optimization measures to protect margins.
- Drive timely invoicing, collections, and revenue assurance to ensure healthy cash cycles.
- Own the P&L; performance and collaborate with cross-functional leaders for financial accountability.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections.
- Deliver monthly MIS, variance analysis, and dashboards for management review.
- Partner with business units to track project-level profitability, cash flows, and cost controls.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Initially join as Finance Manager with primary responsibility for strengthening billing and accounts receivable processes for Cliniqon LLC in the United States, focusing on improving invoicing discipline, AR tracking, and driving collections to improve working capital.
- Streamline billing workflows, AR monitoring, and customer follow-ups, resulting in improved receivables visibility and more structured collection processes.
- Subsequently progress into a Group Finance Manager role, overseeing finance operations across multiple entities and supporting cross-border financial coordination.
- Manage and mentor Finance Managers and finance teams in India and the Philippines, ensuring alignment in reporting processes and operational finance activities.
- Work closely with the Consulting CFO on financial reporting, decision support, and strategic initiatives.




- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Legal, and Procurement teams on budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning.
- Provide Directors and Founders with timely financial reporting and analysis to enable better decision-making and protect shareholder interests.

5. Governance, Risk Management & Fiduciary Responsibility

- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities by ensuring transparency, accuracy, and integrity of all financial reporting.
- Safeguard the financial interests of the company and its founders through proper controls, risk management, and compliance oversight.
- Ensure all entities operate in line with corporate governance and regulatory standards.

6. Internal Controls & Process Improvements

- Establish and maintain internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Drive automation and digitization of finance processes, with focus on Zoho Books implementation and reporting improvements.
- Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.

- Growth Enablement & Value Creation

- Position the finance organization to support Cliniqon’s next phase of growth; scaling operations, new markets, new product lines, and acquisitions.
- Provide ongoing strategic advice to the CEO on financial structuring, investment opportunities, and long-term value creation.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and board-level reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

8. Key Skills:

- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter with a strong grounding in accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational metrics and translate them into financial insights.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP concepts, and cross-border financial operations.
- Experience working with multi-entity structures and coordinating finance processes across geographies.
- Hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable management, collections,



and working capital optimisation, particularly in a services-driven workplace.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, cost monitoring, and operational finance discipline.
- Experience with accounting systems such as **QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with operations, delivery teams, and senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led organisation, bringing structure, accountability, and financial discipline as the business scales.
