About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Finance Controllership professional (CA) to manage financial reporting, book closure, MIS preparation, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, experience in fast-paced startup environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally with business and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
- Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual statutory audits
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for reconciliations and financial controls
- Support implementation and improvement of finance processes and SOPs
- Assist in budgeting,



forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Taxation knowledge including GST/TDS/compliances would be an added advantage

Desired Skills/ Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Must have)
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in startups and/or Big 4 preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with MIS, audits, AP/AR management, and book closure
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting tools
