Job Title: Finance Manager FP&A; & Treasury

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial operations, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury activities, and internal controls. The candidate will support senior management in financial decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgets.
- Analyse budget variances and recommend appropriate cost-control measures.
- Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team.
- Manage accounting/ERP systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.
- Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 2–4 years in accounting/financial management.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, and audit coordination.
- Experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
