Key Roles & Responsibilities – Finance Coordinator | Jawa 2-Wheeler Showroom

1. Finance & Loan Coordination

- Coordinate customer vehicle finance applications with banks and finance companies.
- Explain available loan, EMI, and finance options to customers.
- Follow up on loan approval and disbursement status.

2. Customer Documentation

- Collect and verify required documents for finance processing.
- Ensure accurate submission of customer documents to finance partners.
- Coordinate for any pending or additional documentation.

3. Sales & Finance Coordination

- Coordinate with the Sales Consultant and Sales Manager for vehicle bookings.
- Ensure finance approval is completed before vehicle delivery.
- Track finance cases from application to final disbursement.

4. Bank & Finance Company Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with bank and finance representatives.
- Follow up on pending approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Resolve finance-related issues and delays.

Records & Reporting

- Maintain updated records of finance applications and approval status.
- Prepare daily and monthly finance reports.
- Track pending, approved, rejected, and disbursed cases.

6. Delivery & Compliance Support

- Ensure all required finance formalities are completed before delivery.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Documentation teams.
- Follow company policies and finance partner procedures.
