Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance & Business Operations Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working across finance, MIS, costing and business operations.

The role will involve working closely with the management team and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, customers and business partners. This is a hands-on opportunity offering broad exposure to finance, business operations, analysis and documentation in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, costing, quotations and business trackers
- Perform Excel-based analysis, reconciliations and data management
- Assist with accounts, invoicing, payments, receivables and payables
- Support management with financial assessments and business analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external partners
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, action items and deliverables and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate and maintain agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs and other business documentation
- Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional activities




- Assist management with data, reports and analysis required for business decision-making.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, MIS, Accounts or a related role
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
- CA Dropouts preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of accounting, finance and business concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
