- Business FinancePrepare monthly MIS, segment P&L;, and conduct detailed variance analyses.Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Process ExcellenceBuild scalable finance processes, robust controls, and automation to reduce manual effort.Lead cost-optimization initiatives across teams.Drive valuation projects (company and ESOP).Support fundraising, financial modeling, and other key strategic projects.You're a great fit if you have:Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.Robust fundamentals in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial analysis.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tally, Excel and PowerPointExcellent analytical and project-management skills.The ability to balance strict attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.Passionate about investing in general.Bonus: Prior exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity organizations.Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (Remote)
