Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, numerical ability, and attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, tracking business performance, and providing meaningful insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets, targets, and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities from financial data.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial analysis for management review.
- Track revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and other key financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.
- Support management in evaluating business performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial information.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and business reporting as required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of Financial Analysis, MIS Reporting,



Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and identify business trends.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or relevant financial certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience with financial modelling, business analysis, MIS, or management reporting will be preferred.
