Techmind Solutions Pvt Ltd is an authorised Diversey franchise servicing commercial cleaning and hygiene equipment for hotels, IT parks, hospitals and commercial buildings across Bengaluru. We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain equipment at our customer sites. This is a customer-facing role; you will be the face of our company at every site you visit.

Full training on Diversey equipment will be provided. We look after our people and offer strong long-term growth for those who take ownership.

Key Responsibilities • Attend service calls at customer sites; install, service, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Diversey equipment (scrubbers, sweepers, dosing systems and other cleaning machines).

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and electronic faults; carry out repairs or replace parts as required.
- Complete service reports, job sheets and customer sign-offs accurately for every visit.
- Maintain and care for tools, spare parts and Company-issued equipment.
- Follow the schedule shared by the office; update job status and share completion updates on time.
- Build good relationships with customers,



communicate clearly, be professional, and represent Techmind well at every site.
- Coordinate with the office team for spares, escalations, and follow-up visits.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures during service work.

Ltd | [email protected] | Page 1 of 2 Requirements • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics (or equivalent hands-on experience).

- 1–4 years of field service experience preferred; sincere freshers with the right technical background will be considered.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, motors, pumps, and troubleshooting.
- Valid driving licence (two-wheeler mandatory; four-wheeler preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and occasionally to nearby locations for service calls.
- Explicit communication in English, Kannada and/or Hindi.
- Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious and customer-friendly attitude.
- Smartphone use — comfortable with WhatsApp, basic apps, and job update systems.
