Job Summary

Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance of bagging machines, weighing systems and industrial automation equipment while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning and trial run of bagging, weighing and packaging machines.

Calibration of load cells, weigh hoppers and weighing controllers.

Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, electrical panels, pneumatics and mechanical assemblies.

- Attend breakdown calls and carry out preventive maintenance.

Prepare commissioning, service and visit reports with machine performance observations.

- Train customer operators on operation, maintenance and safety.

Coordinate with Design, Production, QA, Sales and Spare Parts departments.

Support AMC, warranty, retrofits, upgrades and machine relocation.





Recommend critical spares and maintain customer service records.

Follow SOPs, quality standards and EHS requirements.

Qualification &

Experience

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Instrumentation, Mechatronics.

2 to 5 years' experience in bagging machines, packaging machinery, weighing systems, SPM or industrial automation.
