Hiring: Field Sales Representative – Solar EPC | C&I;

Location: Bahadurgarh / Delhi-NCR

Experience: 3–7 years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹100,000/month + attractive incentives

We are a growing Solar EPC company expanding aggressively in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) segment.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can independently generate leads, build relationships with industrial clients and close solar projects ranging from 30 kW to 900 kW+.

What you'll do

Generate new C&I; solar business through field sales, cold calling, referrals and networking.

Meet factory owners, directors and commercial decision-makers

Identify opportunities across Bahadurgarh, Haryana & Delhi-NCR.

Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site surveys/proposals.

Handle negotiations and close profitable solar EPC projects.

Maintain and grow the sales pipeline and CRM.

Build solid relationships with industrial clients and channel partners.

What we're looking for





3+ years of experience in Solar Sales / Solar EPC / Renewable Energy.

Proven experience in C&I; solar sales.

Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Comfortable with extensive field sales and customer meetings.

Existing network among industrial/business customers is a big advantage.

Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Target

1 MW+ monthly sales target, with an overall focus on aggressive C&I; growth.
