Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. The role requires regular field visits and direct interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market visits and local networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Expand the customer base and develop new market opportunities.
- Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales can also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Positive knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
