– FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE Company: Sharma Interior Construction Pvt. Ltd. (SICPL) Position: Field Sales Executive – Construction Projects Department: Sales & Business Development Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for construction, civil, interior, renovation, and related projects . Meet potential clients, builders, architects, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to generate project leads.

Handle client meetings and understand their project requirements. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct regular market visits to identify upcoming construction and interior projects.

Follow up on incoming project enquiries and convert potential leads into business opportunities. Coordinate with clients regarding project scope, requirements, specifications, timelines, and commercial discussions. Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, preliminary estimates, and commercial offers.

Have a basic understanding of construction rates, market rates, materials, labour costs, and rate analysis . Conduct market research to understand current construction trends, competitors, material prices, labour rates, and project opportunities. Coordinate with the technical, estimation, procurement, and management teams for preparing accurate project quotations.

Participate in commercial negotiations and deal finalization with clients under the guidance of management. Maintain proper records of client meetings, leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and project status. Regularly update management regarding market opportunities, client requirements, competitor activities, and potential projects.

Assist in developing strategies for increasing the company's project pipeline and business growth.



Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and client requirements. Follow up with clients from initial enquiry until finalization of the project/work order.

Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively during client and market interactions. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Perform other sales, marketing, and business development activities assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and client-handling skills. Knowledge of the construction, civil, interior, or building industry will be preferred.

Understanding of construction projects, materials, labour, and market practices. Basic knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ, estimation, and project costing . Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.

Strong market knowledge and ability to identify upcoming business opportunities. Confident in client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions. Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field visits and client meetings. Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling company information and client relationships. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and preparation of quotations/reports will be preferred.

Preferred

ExperienceExperience in construction sales, business development, civil works, interior projects, real estate, building materials, or project marketing will be preferred.
