Field Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Location: Pune / Chennai / Maharashtra

Salary: 22,000 - 50,000/month Performance Incentives

Experience: 1-4 years in B2B / Industrial / Field Sales

Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing) mandatory
- 1–4 years of B2B / Field Sales experience
- Experience in any industry is welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Willingness for extensive travel across Pune, Maharashtra & other project locations
- Self-driven, professional and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
- Visit industrial clients and develop strong relationships




- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations and sales closures
- Achieve sales targets and develop new markets
- Supervise & coordinate project application process
