- Zippee is looking for a talented & experienced Recruiter to handle on-ground Manpower recruitment across Hyderabad.

- You will be responsible for hiring frontline manpower, including picker packers, delivery riders, and various dark store positions.

- The role involves field sourcing, bulk hiring, and coordinating walk-in drives to fulfill on-ground manpower requirements.





- This is a FIELD/ON-GROUND role that will involve travelling locally in Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manpower sourcing through field activities & calling.

- Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring Picker & Packers.

- Building strong local networks for continuous manpower supply.

- Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc).

- Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.

- Manage documentation and joining formalities.

- Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 Years of Experience in field/bulk hiring/supply.

- Strong local candidate network.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to work under hiring targets.

- Knowledge of E-commerce/Logistics/Quick Commerce structure preferred.
