Role Summary The Supply Executive and team are responsible for ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of domestic workforce (maids/house-help) across Tenzo service areas. Their primary objective is to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with operational demand.

Key Responsibilities Workforce sourcing : Identify and recruit domestic workers from targeted localities and communities.

Community engagement : Establish and nurture relationships with local networks, agents, and worker groups.

Field outreach : Conduct recruitment drives and awareness campaigns to attract new workers.

Pipeline management :



Maintain a ready pool of workers for onboarding and training.

Onboarding coordination : Collaborate with the Onboarding team for documentation, verification, and registration.

Demand alignment : Ensure workforce supply meets hub-level demand forecasts.

Retention tracking : Monitor worker retention, replacements, and attrition trends.

Target achievement : Achieve weekly sourcing and recruitment goals.

Required Skills Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or workforce sourcing. Strong local networking and community outreach capabilities. Ability to scale workforce supply rapidly to meet operational needs.

Qualifications &

Compensation Sourcing Team Member : 0Months –1years of relevant experience. Graduate degree required.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
