Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local areas, job portals, and recruitment drives . Identify and attract delivery riders/field employees. Conduct initial screening and explain salary, incentives, working hours, and job requirements .

Verify candidate documents and eligibility. Coordinate candidate interviews and joining. Complete the onboarding/KYC process . Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports. Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly joining targets . Visit rider hubs, delivery locations, petrol pumps, colleges, or other sourcing locations as required. Coordinate with the operations/HR team regarding manpower requirements.
