This person should be able to:
- Visit seniors’ homes and complete safety assessments.
- Communicate respectfully with seniors and their children.
- Coordinate products, technicians and small home repairs.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Supervise installations and inspect completed work.
- Arrange home visits and accompaniment services.
- Record every lead, visit, quotation and follow-up in the CRM.
- Collect payments, feedback and operating-cost information.
- Report problems honestly rather than merely agreeing with you.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
