Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Field Executive to handle field activities, meet customers, collect information or documents, and support the company’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, punctual, and comfortable travelling within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, clients, and business locations as assigned.
- Handle field-level customer interactions and provide information about company products or services.
- Collect required documents, applications, payments, or other information when applicable.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers in the assigned area.
- Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
- Complete assigned daily field visits and achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the office and sales team regarding customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- 12th pass or any degree.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required, depending on the role.
- Freshers can also apply.

Salary Salary will be based on experience and company standards. Travel allowance and performance incentives may be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
