Company: Human Loops (Pacheriwala Infotech Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Office-Based, with site visits)
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Open Positions: 5
Department: Operations – Field Coordination
Reporting To: Operations Manager
About Human Loops Human Loops is a Physical AI Operations company supporting leading AI, robotics, and technology organizations through Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) services, including data collection, annotation, validation, and data processing. Unlike traditional outsourcing firms, all our operations from recruitment and training to quality assurance and delivery are managed in-house, enabling us to maintain high quality standards and efficient project execution.
Role Overview The Field Coordination Specialist is the office-side control desk for our field collection operation. Field Supervisors and collection workers deploy across dozens of commercial and industrial locations every day, and this role holds that entire picture together with rosters, site readiness, live escalations, daily targets, paperwork, and worker payments. When something breaks on site, this is the person who fixes it from the desk in minutes, not hours.
This is an end-to-end operations role for an MBA who already has ground experience and wants real ownership now. You will not be shadowing a manager or building decks. You will be directing Field Supervisors, holding locations to their daily targets, and you will be measured on output hours of usable footage collected, across every active site, every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily deployment plan across all active locations — supervisors, workers, equipment, and site timings.
- Direct and support Field Supervisors through the collection day, resolving site access, equipment, and worker issues in real time.
- Track collection hours against daily and weekly targets per location and escalate shortfalls the same day, with a reason and a fix.
- Build and maintain the field roster, including leave, absentee replacement, shift allocation, and week-off planning.
- Coordinate field travel arrangements and approve travel allowance claims in line with policy and cost optimisation targets.
- Prepare and process weekly worker payment sheets accurately against recorded collection hours and location-specific rates.
- Verify that consent forms, site authorizations, and required documentation are complete and collected before any collection begins at a location.
- Coordinate with Logistics on kit dispatch and returns, and with Processing and Quality Control on data and footage outcomes.
- Own the re-shoot loop — when QC rejects footage, get it re-collected inside the window without losing the site relationship.
- Maintain daily field reports and shift handover records, and publish the day's performance summary to the operations channel.
- Onboard current locations and new Field Supervisors, and make sure both are productive within their first week.
- Analyse cost and productivity per location and per supervisor, and propose changes that raise usable output per rupee spent.
- Escalate persistent site, supplier, or personnel issues to the Operations Manager with a recommended course of action, not just a problem.
Eligibility Education: MBA / PGDM in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Experience: 1–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination, supply chain, workforce management, dispatch, or a similar on-ground role. This is not a fresher role you should already know how a working day goes wrong and what it takes to fix it.
Required Skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with people on the ground, not from behind a screen
- Fluent spoken Hindi and Marathi; working English for internal and client-facing reporting
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets — trackers, formulas, and basic productivity and cost analysis
- Clear written communication for daily reports and escalations
- Calm judgement under time pressure with several things breaking at once
- Ability to hold Field Supervisors accountable to targets without turning it into conflict
- Numerical accuracy, particularly for collection hours, travel allowance, and payment calculations
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort making decisions inside defined limits rather than waiting for approval
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, or similar workplace tools is an advantage
Working Schedule
- 5 Working Days per Week
- 9 Hours per Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
- Three shift timings Morning (approx. 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM), Evening (approx. 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM), and Night (approx. 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Shifts are allotted based on project requirements and rotate periodically. Please apply only if you are comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Office-Based Role
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Structured training and onboarding
- Performance-based career growth
- Exposure to global AI and Robotics projects
- Learning-focused work environment
- Clear internal promotion opportunities
Growth Path Field Coordination Specialist → Senior Field Coordinator → Assistant Operations Manager → Operations Manager Why Join Human Loops? Six months ago we were 20 people. Today we are 56. We are heading to 90. We are growing faster than anyone else in Nagpur right now, and we intend to keep it that way by building India's most serious Physical AI operations company from this city, for clients that include some of the biggest names in AI and robotics.
Growth like that changes what a job means. Roles here open faster than we can fill them from outside, which is why our Team Leads and managers come from our own floor. Join now and you will not be doing the same job a year from now.
This is a fast-paced environment and we are direct about that. We are looking for hard-hitting people who want to do something real with their working life and grow as the company grows, not people looking for a comfortable seat.
Nagpur has no shortage of companies content with average. We are not trying to be one of them. We are building a company here that runs on growth and hard work, and that proves world-class operations can be built from this city.
For an MBA with a year or more behind them, that is the whole argument. Elsewhere you would spend the next two years waiting for the operation you are allowed to run. Here you get it now, and the scale you are running will roughly double underneath you while you run it.
