Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales, develop new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Visit potential and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements. Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders. Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management. Collect payments from customers where applicable.





Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager. RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, B2B/B2C sales, or a related role. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
