Key Responsibilities

- Drive Design Wins & Adoption: Identify customer requirements, position optimal FPGA/SoC architectures, and secure design wins at key accounts.
- Technical Support & Debug: Assist clients with RTL design, IP core implementation, board bring-up, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Toolchain & Design Enablement: Guide customers through vendor EDA tools.
- Demos & Reference Designs: Build functional prototypes, proof-of-concept demos, and application notes to showcase device capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with field sales teams, product marketing, and factory application engineers to relay market feedback and product requirements.
- Customer Training: Conduct technical workshops and seminars on new silicon features, development boards, and design best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering,



or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital hardware design, RTL coding (Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog), or prior customer-facing technical support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with FPGA implementation flows (synthesis, place and route, timing closure), embedded processors (ARM/RISC-V SoCs), and lab equipment like oscilloscopes or logic analyzers.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to manage client expectations and build trust.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally or regionally to visit customer sites for in office debugging and design reviews.
