Executive and Sr. executive for Gurgaon dlf cyber city
Candidate will handle CEO/CSH/Nodal Desk customer escalations received through email, ensuring timely resolution within SLA. The role involves complaint handling, coordination with internal teams, RCA and maintaining robust customer experience.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Customer Service / Complaint Management / Escalation Management
- Hands-on experience handling email-based customer escalations
- Experience in CEO Desk / CSH Desk / Nodal Desk will be preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good coordination with internal teams for end-to-end resolution
- Experience in SLA/TAT, RCA and customer grievance handling
