Role Description The Fellowship role at UPMI Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. Fellows will support the design and delivery of education, skill development, and community outreach programs, including sessions in schools, allied and healthcare training centers, and local communities. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating workshops and awareness programs, assisting with curriculum and content creation, engaging with students and parents for guidance and counseling, and maintaining program documentation and reports.





Fellows will also collaborate with partner institutions, NGOs, and volunteers, help organize medical camps and career guidance events, and contribute to monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects. The role involves working closely with the UPMI team to identify local needs, propose improvements, and implement initiatives that strengthen pathways from education to employment and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct sessions, engage diverse groups, and build rapport with students, parents, and community members.
- Program coordination and project management abilities, such as planning activities, organizing events, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Interest or experience in education, skill development, or social-impact work, preferably with exposure to school education, vocational training, or career counseling.
- Awareness of allied and healthcare fields or willingness to learn about areas like medical laboratory technology, operation theatre technology, radiology, and other support professions.
- Proficiency in basic digital and office tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort using online platforms for communication and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in community settings, adapt to grassroots environments, and collaborate respectfully with individuals from varied socio-economic backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Education, Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience in community or
