After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

ROLE

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Executive who can take responsibility for a section of the restaurant, supervise the service team and ensure smooth coordination between guests, kitchen and bar.

The F&B; Executive will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager and will play an important role in maintaining TSS service standards during busy operations.

This is a hands-on floor position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of the assigned restaurant/bar section during service.
- Supervise Captains, Stewards and support staff.
- Ensure tables are properly set and the section is completely ready before service.
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials and operational updates to the team.
- Welcome and interact confidently with guests.
- Ensure orders are taken accurately and served correctly.
- Monitor food and beverage service at every table within the assigned section.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to maintain speed and accuracy.
- Ensure proper sequence of service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
- Escalate serious guest concerns to the Restaurant Manager / ARM when required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu.
- Recommend dishes, cocktails,



spirits and other beverages confidently.
- Encourage smart upselling without making the guest feel pressured.
- Monitor table turnaround and service efficiency.
- Support operations during live music, DJ nights, brunches, events and busy weekends.
- Maintain grooming, hygiene and service SOPs.
- Train and guide junior service team members.
- Assist management with opening and closing procedures.
- Take responsibility for smooth floor operations whenever required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Hotel Management qualification is compulsory.

The candidate should have

- Previous experience as an F&B; Executive / Senior Captain / Restaurant Supervisor with a reputed hospitality brand.
- Experience working in a high-energy bar or premium restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of global food and international cuisines.
- Strong basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and beverage service.
- Experience supervising a service team.
- Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Professional grooming and confident personality.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during high-volume service.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, live-music nights and events.

WHAT WE EXPECT An F&B; Executive at TSS should not wait for a manager to point out every problem. If a table has been waiting too long, a drink is delayed, a guest needs attention or a team member is struggling, you should notice it and act.

We are looking for people who take ownership of the floor.
