Job Title: Factory Manager (Project Execution)

Job Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with contract scope, client specifications, and agreed requirements while delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, cash-flow, invoicing, and cost-control targets.
- Manage assembly line/project execution and operations, with hands-on oversight of shop-floor activities and sub-contractors.
- Coordinate and oversee fabrication and quality activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements throughout project execution.
- Identify and promptly report/escalate technical, operational, quality, or execution-related issues to the respective Discipline Head for timely resolution.
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal departments, cross-functional teams, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely actions, deliveries, and project completion.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships,



address customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Follow and adhere to ISO Quality Management System requirements.
- Handle any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably.
- Proven experience as a Plant Project Lead/Plant Project Manager, preferably in Water Treatment projects.
- Hands-on experience in project execution, shop-floor/assembly operations, fabrication, and sub-contractor management.
- Preferred understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of quality, statutory, regulatory, and legal compliance.
- Solid coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
