Are you an experienced technology professional with strong expertise in TriZetto Facets, Claims & EDI, .NET Full Stack, and modern application development? This opportunity is for a seasoned professional who can contribute to the design, development, support, and delivery of Facets applications while driving technical excellence and mentoring teams in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support core TriZetto Facets applications, particularly within the Claims domain.
- Develop and implement solutions aligned with defined architectural standards, quality, security, scalability, and availability requirements.
- Prepare design documents and actively participate in detailed design and technical reviews, providing constructive inputs.
- Drive end-to-end application delivery, effectively managing dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, Operations, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Act as a technical SME, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.




- Drive test case development and UAT activities in collaboration with Product teams and SMEs.
- Promote engineering best practices, automation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies across development activities.
- Lead the resolution of critical production issues within defined SLAs, ensuring application availability, reliability, and stability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and define and implement appropriate corrective action plans.

Requirements

- 7 years of overall IT experience, with 5 years as a Senior Applications Developer.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on TriZetto Facets development experience, specifically within the Claims & EDI domain.
- Strong experience in Facets Claims domain design, development, and production support.
- 4 years of experience in C# / .NET development and testing.
- 4 years of experience in SQL, including stored procedures and complex queries.
- 2 years of experience working with REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of .NET Full Stack development with Angular.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- 2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global delivery environment.
