About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive / Manager to drive international sales for our manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, generating new business, managing international customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers and distributors.
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, databases, exhibitions, references and other channels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Develop business across international markets and build long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations, orders and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
- Existing international customer/distributor network will be an advantage.
- Experience in developing new countries/markets.
- Ability to lead and build an export sales team.
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins and international market strategy.
