The Role

Export Executive to run our export operations end to end, reporting directly to the Director.

Responsibilities

- Day-to-day coordination with existing international customers
- Complete export documentation, pre-shipment and post-shipment
- Coordination with our CHA and freight forwarder
- Bank coordination for export payments and related documentation
- Evaluating all batches pre-shipment against customer specifications, as per protocols you will be trained in
- Maintaining all records in our ERP system
- Receivables follow-up against agreed payment terms
- Periodic written reports for the Director

Requirements

- 5 to 8 years in export documentation and logistics, preferably in industrial minerals, chemicals or a similar industry
- Experience working with banks for export payments and documentation
- Direct experience with CHAs, freight forwarders and shipping lines




- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP or Zoho
- Robust written and verbal English, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, following SOPs and provided resources

Compensation ₹32,000 fixed per month plus performance based incentives up to ₹10,000. Total up to ₹42,000.

Thane West. Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice preferred.
