About the Role

One Life – The Lifestyle Store is a multi-category retail shop in Nalanchira, Thiruvananthapuram, offering a wide range of lifestyle and everyday products including toys, bags, stationery, crockery, footwear, gifts, and more.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales Staff member who can confidently interact with customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right products.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and alternatives
- Handle sales and customer queries professionally
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products
- Keep the store clean and well-organized
- Assist with stock checking and replenishment
- Support billing and other day-to-day store activities when required




- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales / showroom sales / shop sales is preferred
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Ability to understand customer needs and make sales
- Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash is an advantage
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts
- Candidates with experience in lifestyle, fashion, footwear, toys, gifts, stationery, or general retail sales are preferred

Salary & Benefits
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills
