Brief Roles & Responsibilities: -

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Executive / Sr. Executive – Maintenance to ensure smooth & efficient functioning of plant machinery, utilities, and production lines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance, boiler/utility equipment handling, and improvement projects for overall plant reliability.

KeyResponsibilities&Skills;:

Equipment & Utilities Maintenance

· Preventive & breakdown maintenance of noodle line machines — mixers, sheeters, cutters, steamers, fryers, conveyors & packaging machines

· Hands-on exposure to utilities: Boiler, Air Compressor, DG Set, Cooling Tower, Chiller, ETP/STP

· Routine inspection & upkeep of motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, pumps & fabrication components

Boiler & Steam Distribution

· Daily operation monitoring, blowdown execution, water quality checks, steam pressure control

· Ensure compliance with Boiler Act norms, maintain log sheets & coordinate with boiler inspector

Maintenance Systems & Documentation

· Prepare PM schedules, breakdown history cards, root cause analysis (RCA) reports & spare inventory records

· Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, shutdown planning & maintenance cost optimization





Electrical & Automation Ability

· Basic PLC troubleshooting, panel wiring understanding, sensor/solenoid fault diagnosis

· Maintain safety interlocks & process control instruments for smooth line operation

Safety, Compliance & Team Coordination

· Ensure PPE usage, LOTO compliance, fire-safety readiness, and safe work practices in maintenance jobs

· Vendor coordination, AMC follow-up, spare procurement & machine installation support

· Ability to lead technicians/operators and ensure minimal downtime & maximum uptime

Key Skills:

· Mechanical Troubleshooting & Line Maintenance

· Boiler/Utility Operation Knowledge

· PLC/Automation Exposure (preferred)

· Spare Parts Planning & Inventory Control

· Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance Expertise

· 5S, TPM & Safety Compliance Understanding

· Strong documentation & reporting ability

Work Type:

Full-time | Factory-Based Role | 6-Day Working | Rotational Shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
