About the Role this role acts as a direct extension of the Founder, managing schedules, priorities, and cross-functional coordination across Narrior's parallel workstreams — institutional sales,design/development, marketing, and board-building — so the Founder's time is protected for high-leverage decisions and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder's calendar, correspondence, and travel, proactively prioritizingtime against Narrior's current phase objectives

Track and follow up on open threads and commitments across teams (design,development, marketing, institutional outreach) on the Founder's behalf

Prepare the Founder for key meetings — institutional pitches, board/advisor conversations, partner discussions — with relevant background, briefing notes, and follow-up actions

Coordinate directly with external partners and vendors (e.g., Vara Design, prospective institutional clients, advisors) on scheduling and logistics





Maintain organization and version control of key documents, decisions, and recurring reporting the Founder relies on

Exercise discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive business and personal matters on the Founder's behalf

Candidate Profile

12–15+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or founders, ideally in a start-up, healthcare, or high-growth setting

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priority without close supervision

High discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential business and personal information

Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable representing the Founder incoordination with external stakeholders

Calm, resourceful, and adaptable in a quick-moving, founder-led environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
