Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with QSR/retail/hospitality experience to manage end-to-end HR operations for restaurant outlets. The role will support recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant/outlet positions including Crew Members, Cashiers, Team Leaders, Restaurant Managers, and other operational roles.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and HRIS updates.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, absenteeism, and attrition.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Track attrition, manpower strength, vacancies, absenteeism, and other HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, labour welfare and other statutory requirements as applicable.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse reasons for employee turnover.
- Support performance management, employee confirmation, transfers,



promotions, and other HR processes.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to understand employee concerns and operational HR requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Partner with Operations/Restaurant Managers to improve employee retention and workforce productivity.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- QSR, hospitality, retail, or high-volume frontline hiring experience preferred.
- Good understanding of attendance, payroll inputs, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, multi-outlet environment.
- Good Excel/MS Office and HRMS knowledge.
- Ability to handle employee issues professionally and confidentially.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and frontline employees.
- Willingness to travel/visit restaurant outlets as required.

Pay: ₹12,631.57 - ₹35,334.04 per month
