Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Excel & MIS Specialist role based in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing, analysing, and maintaining business data using Microsoft Excel, while preparing accurate reports and MIS for management and various departments.

The role involves creating and maintaining Excel sheets, managing large datasets, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, tracking sales and inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and presenting information in a clear and structured format.



The candidate will also support management with data analysis and insights to assist in business decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, data sorting, filtering, and data validation.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accurate records.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, customer, and operational data.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting errors.
- Robust organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, or advanced Excel functions will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in MIS, data management, reporting, retail, jewellery, or related industries is preferred.
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Applications, or a related field.
