Event Manager — The Pause ClubLocation: Ahmedabad / Vadodara

Experience: 2–5 years | Full time The Pause Club creates curated experiences across food, wellness, culture, art and community. We’re looking for an Event Manager to take ownership of events from concept to execution.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute events end-to-end.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, artists, chefs and partners.
- Manage guest lists, registrations and event communication.
- Oversee on-ground execution and guest experience.
- Manage timelines, budgets and event logistics.
- Support bespoke/private events for premium clients.

We’re looking for someone who
- Has 2–5 years of event/hospitality experience.
- Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Can manage multiple moving parts calmly.
- Has strong communication and vendor-management skills.
- Has an eye for aesthetics and understands premium experiences.
- Is comfortable working evenings/weekends when events require it.
