Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Event Planner | Wedding Planner at CraftYourBrand.

The Event

Planner | Wedding Planner will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating weddings and brand events from concept to execution, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, and logistics. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, preparing event proposals and budgets, managing contracts, and overseeing event-day operations to ensure a seamless experience.



The role also involves collaborating on creative themes and decor, maintaining detailed project documentation, and working closely with partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences. The individual will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding CraftYourBrand’s standards for creativity, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills for coordinating weddings and brand events end-to-end.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client collaboration, vendor coordination, and clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to create, manage, and track event budgets and financial plans.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present proposals, convert leads, and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in wedding planning, corporate events, or experiential marketing is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital tools for remote collaboration, project management, and event planning (e.g., spreadsheets, planning software).
