POSITION 1: EXHIBITION SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Experience: Minimum 4 years in exhibition or trade-show sales

Key Responsibilities

- Sell exhibition stalls and participation packages to potential exhibitors
- Generate leads through calls, networking, databases and market research
- Approach manufacturers, traders, associations and corporate decision-makers
- Present exhibition opportunities, floor plans and stall packages confidently
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and negotiation to closure
- Build and maintain robust relationships with exhibitors and industry associations
- Achieve individual and exhibition-wise sales targets
- Maintain accurate follow-up records, sales pipelines and payment coordination
- Support exhibitor communication before and during the exhibition

POSITION 2: EVENT EXECUTIVE – EXECUTION & PRODUCTION

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage on-ground execution of corporate events and exhibitions
- Coordinate with vendors,



venues and production teams
- Supervise stage, fabrication, sound, lighting, LED and branding work
- Manage event setup, rehearsals, show flow and dismantling
- Maintain production timelines, checklists and quality standards
- Handle last-minute challenges with speed and responsibility
- Travel and work flexible hours according to event requirements
