About The Role Job Title: ERP Analyst Shift Timings: Night Shift (10:00PM – 07:00AM IST) Role Summary We are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver secure and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities ➢ Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. ➢ Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms. ➢ Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio. ➢ Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis. ➢ Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation. ➢ Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testin g activities. ➢ Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments. ➢ Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials. ➢ Promote best practices and consistent system usage.

Skills ➢ Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic. ➢ Strong understanding of ERP business processes. ➢ Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting. ➢ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. ➢ Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support.

Skills ➢ Experience with Application Studio. ➢ Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes. ➢ Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms. ➢ Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations. ➢ SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.

Required Qualifications ➢ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field. ➢ 3 - 5 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic. Opportunities for Growth ➢ Progression to Senior ERP Analyst or Functional Lead. ➢ Specialization in Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain modules. ➢ Exposure to Epicor Kinetic cloud upgrades and transformation initiatives.
