HSE Executive (EHS)

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / BE in Engineering with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the industrial sector (FMS background preferred).

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for sites located in Chennai,Bangalore,Pondy,Hyderabad,Gurgaon &Kolkata; with the base location at Bangalore (Electronic City).

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute, develop, implement, and maintain environmental and safety management systems.
- Coordinate day-to-day site safety implementation across Bangalore and Chennai locations, including industrial hygiene and environmental policies.
- Organize half-yearly safety audits/assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety and environmental policies; participate in ISO 14001/45001 audits.
- Implement annual HSE plans in line with applicable standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of HSE activities through structured mechanisms.
- Maintain and update HSE management systems, documentation, and processes.
- Prepare and maintain EHS risk assessments, IMS registers, SWMS/HIRA/JSA,



checklists, and formats.
- Review and update SOPs and work instructions; submit monthly reports to management and clients.
- Conduct trainings, mock drills, fire drills, and EHS campaigns as per client requirements.
- Organize review meetings (monthly MRM) with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct bi-annual site visits and manage incident reporting and investigations.
- Review legal requirements and ensure timely compliance across all locations.
- Update client and company portals; conduct HSE induction and TBT reviews.
- Drive EHS awareness and ensure compliance across teams.
- Implement at least two EHS initiatives per quarter.
- Support ISO and client audits, ensuring zero major observations/NCs.
- Track mock drills, certifications, trainings, audits, and compliance activities.
- Monitor environmental parameters and contribute to ESG initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company and customer policies.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office, along with solid presentation and communication skills.
