Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
- Must Have Skills: F5 Load Balancers, Cisco ACI, Arista, VMWare - vSphere Networking (Minimum 3 Skills out of the list)
- Positive to have Skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD (Minimum 3 Skills out of the list)
- Good to have knowledge on Skills: Cloud Networking, Automation, SDWAN, Firewalls (Minimum 2 skills out of the list)
- Proficiency in designing and deployment of SDN Datacenter technologies, Load Balancer Technologies (Optional)
- Professional Certifications
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware - vSphere
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SD Access Operations
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 year full-time education is required
