Job Title – Enterprise M&A; Technology Integration Coordinator

Location – Hyderabad

Experience – 6 to 8 years

Employment Type – Full Time

Role Summary

Drive a, planning, coordination, technology due diligence, finance transformation alignment, executive reporting, and integration tracking for global M&A; initiatives, while partnering with specialist technology and business teams to execute the integration roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Global M&A; Technology Coordination

1. Act as the central coordinator for technology workstreams during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations.
2. Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Enterprise Architecture, Digital & IT, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, SAP/ERP, Data, and Business teams to ensure successful integration planning and execution.
3. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and ensure timely completion of integration activities.

Technology Due Diligence

- Support technology due diligence activities by gathering and analyzing information on the target company's IT landscape, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
- Identify integration dependencies, technology gaps, potential risks, and synergy opportunities.
- Prepare technology assessment reports and recommendations for leadership.

M&A; Technology Integration, Governance & Enablement

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and value realization goals.

- Establish and manage integration governance frameworks, executive review forums, KPI dashboards, RAID tracking, and decision management processes to ensure successful program delivery.

- Develop progress reports, steering committee presentations, and stakeholder updates that provide clear visibility into integration status, risks, milestones, and business impact

- Maintain M&A; technology integration playbooks, templates, methodologies, checklists, and best practices to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across integration programs.

Technology Engagement & Strategic Innovation.

1. Support internal teams in emerging technology adoption across the organization through executive engagement,



innovation programs, and industry ecosystem partnerships.
2. Develop and deliver executive communications, technology showcases, strategic briefings, white papers, leadership presentations, and board-ready content that translate complex technology trends into business impact and actionable decisions.

Stakeholder Management

1. Build effective working relationships with global business leaders, Finance, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, HR, Procurement, Legal, and external partners.
2. Facilitate regular governance meetings and ensure clear communication across geographically distributed teams.
3. Act as the primary coordination point between business and technology stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

1. Coordinate with external consulting partners, technology vendors, and implementation teams supporting M&A; integration activities.
2. Monitor deliverables, timelines, and adherence to agreed project plans.

Required qualifications

Mandatory

- Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred

- MBA (Finance, Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management).
- Postgraduate qualification in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or Business Management

The ideal candidate combines robust financial expertise with a solid understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation.

Preferred qualifications

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Enterprise Technology, IT Program Management, or Digital Transformation within a multinational organization or leading consulting firm.
- Experience supporting at least 2–3 Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), business integration, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.




- Exposure to enterprise applications, ERP transformation, or finance systems implementation.
- Experience interacting with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external consulting partners.

Technical Knowledge

- Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles and enterprise application landscapes.
- Understanding of ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and enterprise finance systems.
- Basic understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure preferred), Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, and Data Integration.
- Familiarity with Project Management and PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint for reporting and executive presentations.
