The candidate will be responsible for guiding doctors about suitable medical education courses, explaining admission opportunities, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities - Connect with doctors through phone calls and explain available medical courses.

- Understand the educational requirements and career goals of doctors.
- Guide prospective students about course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.




- Build strong relationships with doctors and provide professional support throughout the enrollment journey.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer handling and counseling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Incentives ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month performance-based incentives.

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance. Additional incentives are available for achieving enrollment targets.
