About the Role

We are seeking experienced Engineering SMEs to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI models by creating high-quality, challenging question-answer datasets based on real-world engineering scenarios.

- Create domain-specific, reasoning-focused questions
- Develop accurate, detailed, and well-explained solutions
- Review and validate technical content for quality and correctness
